userp.ly ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to provide the service:

Information We Do NOT Collect

How We Use Your Information

Community Archive

When you analyze a URL, the result may be contributed anonymously to our Community Archive — a shared database of web page freshness data. No personal information is included. You are identified only by an anonymous device ID. Contributed data includes the URL analyzed, the page title, detected dates, and freshness score.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service:

Data Retention

Analysis history is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage and is deleted when you uninstall the app. Community Archive contributions are retained indefinitely to power aggregate statistics but contain no personal information.

Children's Privacy

userp.ly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. Your local analysis history can be deleted by uninstalling the app. If you have questions about data in the Community Archive, contact us below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
