By downloading or using userp.ly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
userp.ly is a content freshness analysis tool that extracts and displays publication dates from webpages. The App includes a Safari Extension that automatically displays date information on search results.
userp.ly offers a Pro subscription with the following terms:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The free tier includes 3 analyses per day and basic Safari Extension functionality. Features beyond the free tier require a Pro subscription.

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by userp.ly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of date extraction results. Publication dates displayed are based on available metadata and may not reflect the actual publication date of the content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, userp.ly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
